Hi, I'm Oscar PT!

I have been working as a personal trainer for over twenty years, doing everything from improving professional athletes to helping people with rehabilitation after injuries. During these years, I have developed by constantly furthering my education and taking part in the latest research. I have moved forward and upward through hard training, curiosity, driven by a desire to always learn more.

Regardless of the training level of the clients I meet, the diet is usually the most difficult part to achieve. It can feel burdensome and time-consuming to find balance for food intake every day, but it doesn't have to be that way. Food should be easy to prepare and good to eat.
In this book I explain why you should eat a certain way. I also share my favorite recipes for all the meals of the day.
This book is not a diet but a lifestyle. It is there to make it as easy as possible for you in your everyday life.

Example:

Quinoa salad with feta cheese , avocado, lemon and blueberry (vegetarian)
