The SMLIGHT Ethernet LAN8720 Add-On is a compact RMII-based Ethernet expansion module designed to add reliable 10/100 Mbps networking to embedded systems, IoT controllers, and SMLIGHT devices such as SLWF-09 and custom DIY projects.
Based on the proven Microchip LAN8720A PHY, it integrates an Ethernet transformer, RJ45 connector, crystal oscillator, LED indicators, and a dedicated PoE passthrough interface for powering host boards in combination with the SMLIGHT PoE Add-On.

This module is ideal for engineers, integrators, and developers building gateways, smart controllers, or automation systems requiring robust wired network connectivity.
