Milesight AM104 is a LoRaWAN device with four different sensors that monitors the indoor climate in the office, school, conference rooms, hospital, workshop, etc.
The device monitors temperature, humidity, brightness and movement.
The model also has an E-ink screen that presents measured values to the staff. Anyone who walks past the device on the wall can see, for example, the temperature and humidity.
AM104 is super easy to install because it uses 2 standard AA batteries that last 1.5 years (at 10 minute intervals). The unit is simply to be screwed up or pasted onto the wall with the included 3M double-adhesive plate. No wiring required.
The connection to the Milesight LoRaWAN gateway and IoT Cloud is completely automatic just by scanning the barcode with the mobile app (Milesight IoT Cloud) or manually entering the serial number in the web portal.
And if you prefer to power the device permanently, there is a USB C port on the back which is compatible with standard USB chargers.
The device will be pre-configured (Plug-n-play) to only be connected to the Milesight LoRaWAN gateway / Milesight IoT Cloud via the serial number on a barcode. But the device can be configured via a mobile app just by placing the mobile against the device (NFC). If you want to change the settings for the E-ink screen or configure the device to fit other LoRaWAN gateways or Cloud systems, you can do it easily via the mobile app.
