Milesight EM310-UDL is a LoRaWAN unit for ultrasonic distance measurement. It also has a built-in 3-axis position sensor that detects position changes.

EM310-UDL comes with a Li-SICI battery for up to 10 years of continuous use.

EM310-UDL is very well developed for applications where larger quantities of meters are planned and where the price is important.

The model is very well suited to, for example, recycling bins, clothing collection stations, waste rooms, waste bins, parking garages or other installations where you want to measure the degree of filling or if something is in place.

The EM310-UDL is very compact and can be easily mounted via screws.

It is completely waterproof (IP67) and made for placement in outdoor applications.

< p>EM310-UDL can measure at intervals but can also be connected to measure/report directly at e.g. position change or if it reaches above/below a certain level. For example, it can report immediately if a car arrives or leaves a parking space in a garage or if a trash/recycling bin becomes full.

The device is super easy to install and maintain because it comes with a Li-SOCI battery which can handle up to 10 years of continuous operation.

The connection to the Milesight LoRaWAN gateway and IoT Cloud is managed completely automatically just by scanning the barcode with the mobile app (Milesight IoT Cloud) or manually entering the serial number in the web portal.

The device will pre-configure (Plug-n-play) to only connect to the Milesight LoRaWAN gateway / Milesight IoT Cloud via the serial number on a barcode. But the device can be configured via a mobile app just by placing the mobile phone against the device (NFC) or via a PC and a USB-C cable. If you want to change the settings or configure the device to fit other LoRaWAN gateways or Cloud systems, it is easily done via the mobile app (NFC) or a PC (USB).
