This model (Stratus-01) has an LTE CAT 12/13 module with 600 Mbit/s downlink and 150 Mbit/s uplink.

In addition, it has five Gigabit Ethernet ports that can be used as LAN or WAN. If you use the combination with WAN + 4G, you have extra high operational security where you can prioritize, for example, the fiber connection but allocate capacity from 4G when this is needed or only as a supplement in case of operational problems on the fiber.

Unique for the Stratus series is 1 x PoE IN and 2 x PoE OUT (802.3at). Stratus can be fed via PoE and/or use two ports with PoE out (802.3at) for feeding e.g. surveillance cameras.

Celerway is a Spinoff from Simula Research Laboratory in Norway after research in advanced load balancing technology.

Celerway's unique function is the advanced load balancing that continuously measures both traffic quality and traffic capacity on all internet connections and 4G modems. Celerway routers can combine capacity from both fiber, DSL and one or more 4G and distribute the traffic according to current capacity and quality.

This also works on 4G links under complicated conditions such as in vehicles in operation.

The load balancing can handle multiple 4G modems, multiple WAN links and WIFI as WAN.

The user can let the router decide how it should distribute the traffic according to the capacity of the link. Or if you want to prioritize the cheapest WAN links (eg fibre/ADSL/WIFI) and only use the 4G links if there are operational problems with the other internet connections.

Phantom VPN

Celerway Phantom is Celerway's own VPN tunnel solution. It has been designed to tunnel across multiple internet links simultaneously. Phantom supports load balancing and automatic fail over between different internet links within the same Phantom VPN tunnel. Something that does not work with standard VPNs such as IPSec or OpenVPN.

Celerway's Phantom provides maximum speed over the VPN tunnel by combining several Internet links.

For maximum total capacity, Celerway has built its VPN technology with load balancing instead of bonding. This provides much higher overall capacity compared to bonding which steals a large portion of overall capacity..

Celerway's Phantom VPN provides 100% uptime, regardless of what happens to the various internet links.

On the head office either a Celerway router as a Phantom VPN server or you run a virtual Celerway router in a virtualized environment.

If you want to scale up the solution for redundancy or large amounts of data that you can use several VM- instances of Phantom as needed.

Multiple VMs can share the same backend so that keys are synchronized between different instances. This can be used to offer redundancy and ensure that the VPN service is available during updates or maintenance.

Of course, Celerway supports common VPN protocols such as IPSec or OpenVPN for connecting to other systems.

Smart Queue Managenet
Celerway routers have a built-in QoS/flow management that is fully automated. Unlike other QoS systems and flow managers that require a lot of configuration, Smart Queue Management is fully automated and requires minimal settings. The only settings you make are to set maximum uplink and downlink and Smart Queue Management will then take care of QoS, AQM, Traffic Shaping, Rate Limiting, Packet Scheduler etc

WIFI as WAN< br /> WIFI as WAN can handle a whole list of known SSIDs. For example, if you have a vehicle that moves between different areas with WIFI coverage, it can automatically connect to known WIFI networks when they come within coverage (for example, in a garage or the company's WIFI network indoors or outdoors)

Band Locking
All routers can handle Band Locking to lock out bands and/or technologies we don't want to connect to individually on each radio module. This makes it easy to block certain bands or technologies to avoid different bands or technologies that give too low performance.

Cloud managing included
Nimbus remote administration enables registration, configuration and software updates for all Celerway routers.

A cloud service that provides an overview of the entire installation including signal strength, network technology and location. Custom alerts can be set to monitor and report critical events, helping you increase efficiency and prevent downtime. License for 3 years is included and can be extended for a fee.
