Troubleshooting and repair

We will agree on a suitable time and day where you as the customer hand over the car to us for troubleshooting/repair. If we have to replace any speed controller or other products, it will be added in addition to the hourly cost. We charge SEK 500/hour for troubleshooting/repair.

How does it happen?

1. You leave the key with us
2. We will contact you when you can collect the car

It is not possible to wait while we work on the car.

When the troubleshooting/repair is complete, we will notify you by phone or email that the car is ready for collection. Before you receive the car keys, we make the payment over the counter and go through what made the installation not work 100%. Of course, we only charge for the time we work with the car, not for the total time the car is with us.
