Warranty

We have a 2-year warranty on all products unless otherwise specified by the supplier. Warranty is not transferable. If you buy a product second hand, the warranty from the place of purchase does not apply. We then refer instead to the manufacturer's warranty.

Payment

You can pay in several ways:

- Cash on delivery (selected products)
- Invoice
- Card payment (Visa and Mastercard)
- Direct payment via bank
- Advance payment
- PayPal
- Swish

We reserve the right to sell out during holidays and special campaigns. We also reserve the right against obvious inaccuracies in prices that can be considered unreasonable and simply incorrect.

Information about secure card payments

To ensure security when you shop with cards at Loh Electronics AB, all information is sent encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means that the information is sent via a secure connection which means that no unauthorized person can see your card details and they are handled in a very secure way. Loh Electronics AB cooperates with an authorized payment intermediary (PayEx) who checks that the card is valid for purchases directly against your bank. Your payment card information is processed according to the international security standard PCI DSS. If you pay with VISA or Mastercard, you can also use the security tool 3D-Secure. You then connect a special code to your card which further increases your payment security.

When paying by card, a reservation is first created, when we deliver the goods from stock, the money is deducted from your account.

Right of cancellation

When you shop with us, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal. You must send in the item you wish to return to us, no later than 14 days after you have announced that you wish to return it. You as a consumer have the right to open a product package to inspect the product if this is done in a way that does not damage the product. Packages that are sealed with e.g. plastic or similar must not be opened. The right of withdrawal starts from the day you receive complete delivery of your order. Return shipping costs are paid by you as the customer.

This means that the item must be in substantially unchanged condition so that it can be considered resalable without showing signs of having been used or opened. Products that have been used or assembled are not returned. Open purchase and right of withdrawal do not apply to companies.

To avoid problems and to streamline the handling of appeals from the right of withdrawal/open purchase always contact us before returning. Preferably send shipments with traceability. (DPD business package or REK) If you send without traceability and the package gets lost in the post, then you as the customer are fully responsible. You must be able to prove that the shipment is on its way to us and submitted to an agent. Cash on delivery is not collected by us and shipments sent with cash on delivery are not considered to be an exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Examples of when the right of withdrawal can be used: You have received products from an order and discover that they have gone wrong. You may also have opened the product packaging to look, but the product packaging is intact and the product may have stickers and seals left. The least possible impact is made on the product packaging or item. The conditions change and the product is no longer needed, it is then completely in order to apply the right of withdrawal and open purchase.

Examples of when the right of withdrawal cannot be used: You have received a product, e.g. an antenna for mobile broadband. After mounting and installing the antenna, it does not give you the desired effect in the area you are currently in. It is then not possible to return the antenna unless there is a technical fault with it. We provide products completely unrelated to the operators. In any case, it is a discussion between you and your operator, not with us as the supplier of the independent product. If it is not visible on the product that it has been assembled, it is still possible to return it.

Refund of returned goods
Refunds are made using the same method you chose to pay us. If you have chosen to pay by invoice, the amount will be returned to your bank account, either automatically if you have registered an account with Klarna, or we may contact you to obtain information about the bank account number. Refunds are made within 14 days from when you sent the item to us. As a customer, you are responsible for return shipping costs to us.

You do not have to use the cancellation form above. It is fine to contact us directly.

Please note that the item must be sent back to us in the same way as when we transported it to you. It is not OK to return an item in its original packaging, if that is not how you received the item. The product being returned must be protected against damage that may occur in transit by packaging the product in a satisfactory manner. Should there be damage to the goods during transport that could have been prevented by e.g. normal packaging, we reserve the right to refund with a reduction of the value corresponding to the reduction in value.

ATTENTION! When returning products with a certificate, eg H-Regulator 03-164 and H-CAN 03-140, the certificate must be returned together with the product. The certificate is part of the product.

Returns

We always refund an approved return within a couple of days of receipt, but no longer than 14 days.

Please always contact us before a return to obtain a return number to label your shipment with. This is so that we can link the return to you and get faster handling.

Transport damage/Complaints

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase as a whole. Therefore, let us know if something has gone wrong so that it can be corrected quickly. If upon receipt you discover that the shipment is damaged in transit, you should preferably contact us immediately, or within a reasonable time, regarding this. It is beneficial if you take pictures of the box/packaging before opening the package. We guarantee that the product is defect-free upon delivery to the carrier. If the item is damaged, it must be reported to us within a reasonable time from receipt, contact us to get a return number. We then want a detailed error description and in the return shipment, if the error is rectified via email or if the error is of such a nature that it cannot be due to the product, the return will be refused. As a consumer, you have a three-year right of complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act. The right of complaint refers to original errors and not to negligent handling.

As a customer, you can submit the complaint message in the way you find most appropriate and it can be submitted via all our official customer channels such as telephone, e-mail and letter. You as a customer are free to leave your message about complaints in any way you choose. We prefer our RMA handling which you can find in a link on your order history. It is the easiest for you and us, which always provides the fastest possible solution. In the event of an approved complaint, Loh Electronics AB is responsible for all costs including all freight (to/from you). You as the consumer are always obliged to limit your damage in a complaint case, that is to say that nothing is made worse. You as a consumer have the right to advertise a product for three years. The error must be reported as soon as possible or as soon as the error should have been discovered. Reporting defects in the goods within two (2) months is always considered within a reasonable time.

Prices

All prices are stated including VAT unless otherwise stated when you are not logged in, customer type not selected, or "Private" customer type selected. Prices are shown excluding VAT for logged-in business customers and when you have explicitly selected the customer type business in our online store.

Delivery delay

In the event of a delivery delay, you as a consumer have the right to cancel the purchase. This does not apply to specially ordered goods without the right of withdrawal.

VAT receipt

You who have chosen to pay for your order with us by card or invoice can download a copy of the invoice in the order history. Log in and click on "My orders", then select your order and look under "Payment method". If there is an invoice/receipt linked to your order, there is a link "Get invoice" here.

Privacy Policy

The information you provide about yourself is only used internally. No information about you will be passed on to third parties. You have the right, upon request, to access the personal data that is registered about you. If they are incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to request that the data be corrected or deleted. It is also possible for you to delete all data about yourself in our records by pressing the "delete account" button in the "my account" section when you are logged in. Then the information about you in our online store will be deleted.

Unreleased packages

Packages that have not been redeemed are automatically returned to us. We reserve the right to charge return shipping + SEK 150 for each unclaimed shipment in handling fee.
Open purchase only applies to customers in Sweden.

Orders from Minor

We normally do not enter into agreements with minor customers (under 18). However, you who are between 16 and 18 years old can order for your own money without a guardian's approval. Furthermore, exceptions are made for children under the age of 18 who have their own household, who have the right to enter into customary agreements to maintain the daily housekeeping. Other minors need a guardian's approval to order. We follow the regulations of the parental code.

General

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT unless otherwise stated. Loh Electronics AB reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. We reserve the right to any inaccuracies regarding information presented on the website. Additions for products in car electronics (e.g. rpm or speed regulators)

1. All assembly must be carried out according to the best possible technical conditions. Correct electrical connection is a basic requirement.

2. All assembly takes place at your own risk, Loh Electronics AB is never liable for compensation for damages that may occur during assembly, either to products that are installed or are already installed in the vehicle.

3. Loh Electronics AB never reimburses troubleshooting costs of any kind. Regardless of root cause.

4. If there is something that does not work after connection or needs to be adapted, Loh Electronics will help as much as possible with troubleshooting via email and phone support to ensure that the solution gets started. Adaptations of products are usually free of charge.

5. Loh Electronics AB never reimburses inspection costs in any form, regardless of the root cause of a new inspection or re-inspection becoming relevant.
