NOTE! The amplifier is sensitive to interference. All wires must be pulled as short as possible, please place the amplifier close to the abs sensor, for example in the wheelhouse or similar place. The amplifier must not be mounted in the same box as h-regulator or other electronics. The amplifier must not be mounted near high-voltage cables, generator, ignition coil or other devices that may cause interference.

Our amplifier is a device that can be connected to sensors or sensors to amplify the signal and be able to use it to our speed controllers.
Several different types of sensors are available and this amplifier has two different amplifiers, one is a current amplifier (for hall sensors) and the other is a zero-pass amplifier suitable for reading sensors with pic -up-coil, among others.

Different sensors have two or three connections and the most common are:

  • If there are three connections, you can often the output signal can be used directly without an amplifier.
  • Two connections can be a simple "pickup coil" or a sensor with a Hall sensor, several types exist,,,

Which amplifier should I use?

Amplifier 1: Current amplifier for ABS sensors with Hallgi commodity element. The sensor has 2 connections, but can be recognized by the fact that one connection has a DC voltage of approx. 10-11V and the other 0V. The amplifier is connected in series with the energized conductor, has low resistance and does not otherwise affect the car's ABS system.
Normal fits BMW model years approx. Can also fit other cars with similar abs systems.

Amplifier 2: This is amplifier for single pickup coil. Very sensitive (approx. 50 mV) amplifier that outputs a short pulse for each 0-crossing of the input signal. The sensor's connections have no voltage (approx. 0V) if you measure with a multimeter. If you want to retrieve rpm from a sensor with only two connections (sensor coil), you can use this amplifier.
Normal fits Volvo 940 eg. Can also fit cars with similar ABS systems.

The amplifiers have screw connections.
