SMLIGHT SMHUB – multi-radio hub with local apps for smart homes and pro installs
6 radios in one device! Zigbee, Thread, Z-Wave, WiFi, Bluetoth and LTE. Check the important note about functions in the bottom section of this product text. This is an "early adopters device".
SMHUB is a Linux-based control hub that runs popular apps locally—Zigbee2MQTT, Mosquitto (MQTT), Matterbridge, Node-RED, WireGuard—for rock-solid reliability with no cloud lock-in. Two dedicated 2.4 GHz radios (TI + Silicon Labs) deliver robust Zigbee/Thread coverage, with Z-Wave ("non-certified") and 4G/LTE modules installed. Networking options include Ethernet, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth (firmware support rolling out), and an PoE module. The fanless enclosure is built for 24/7 uptime.
Accessories such as the UPS module (2×18650) (not provided, avaialble as accessory) provide protected shutdown and backup runtime during power cuts; the PoE module (installed) simplifies cabling; and the LTE module (installed) keeps sites online where fixed internet is limited.
